Upay e-wallet
To download the Upay application, you only need to perform the following steps
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
- Log in, press the "Register" button, then follow the instructions.
To change your status to "Standard", you need to attach a bank card to your account.
If you forget the PIN code,
- Select the "Forgot your PIN code" field in the Login section. The system will take you to the PIN recovery page
- Enter your phone number in the "Phone number" field and click the "Confirm" button. An SMS will be sent to your phone number
The system will take you to the SMS code page.
- Enter the 6-digit number you received
*If you do not receive an SMS, click the "Send SMS code" button again.
After entering the code, the system will take you to the "Create PIN code" field.
- Enter your new PIN in the appropriate field. After entering the code, repeat the PIN code
- If entered correctly, the "Please re-enter the application to confirm the change of PIN code" window will appear on your screen
- Click the "OK" button and the system will take you to the Login section
- Enter the new PIN code and Log in to your e-wallet account
1. If you are logged in
If you are logged in and want to change your Upay account password then
- Log in to your personal account
- Select the "Personal Page" section
- Select the "Password" field
- Enter your old password in the "Current password" field
- Create a new password
- Confirm the new password
* The password should include lower case and uppercase letters, a symbol and digits.
- Click to "Confirm the command"
A message will be sent to your phone number to reset your password
- Click the "Get Code" command
If you fill in the fields correctly, your password will be successfully reset.
2. If you have logged out
If you are logged out and want to reset your Upay account password, then
- In the "Password Recovery" section, enter the phone number you have registered with
- Click the "Confirm" command. A six-digit code will be sent to the phone number
- Enter it in the field
* If you do not receive the message, click "Send the SMS code again" command.
- Create a new password
*The password should include lower case and uppercase letters, a symbol and digits.
- Confirm the new password
- Click the "Confirm" button
The password it will be approved, if it meets the security standards.
Make sure to enter your PIN code after resetting your password. After entering it correctly, activate the Face ID / Touch ID and log in to your Upay account.
In order to be able to use the e-wallet, it is necessary to attach a bank card and become a "Standard" user.
If you have a bank card attached, you can immediately choose it as a payment method when making transactions.
To attache a bank card to the Upay account, you need to select the "Cards" field
- Go to the section "Cards"
- You have to read and "Confirm" that you agree with the terms and conditions
- Go to "Attach card" section and fill in your bank card information
- After entering all the data, click the "Approve the deal" command
That's it.
To top up the account, select the "Top up" field from the "Services" section
1. With the attached card
To top up the Upay account from the attached card:
- Open the app and select the "Attached card" option from the fill section of the main page
- Choose the bank card you want to top up you Upay account
- Enter the amount and click the "Fill" command
- Confirm the transaction with a PIN or Face ID / Touch ID. The system will take you to the Arca company page
- Click on the "Send Password" command, after which you will receive a 3D security code via the mobile number filled in your bank application
- After entering the code and clicking the "Submit" button, the indicated amount will be transferred to your Upay account
2. With a bank card
To top up your Upay account with a bank card
- Open the app and select the option "From the bank" card in the fill section of the main page
- Fill in the required fields and click the command "Fill"
The system will take you to the Arca company page
- Click on the "Send Password" command, after which you will receive a 3D security code via the mobile number filled in your bank application
- After entering the code and clicking the "Submit" button, the indicated amount will be transferred to your Upay account
3.From the bank account
To top up your Upay account from a bank account
- Go to the section "Services" and click the "Top up" field
- Select the "Bank account" option. Instructions will be presented on the screen.
To transfer money from Upay account to a plastic card
- Enter the "Forward" section
- Select the bank card instruction
- In the opened window enter the card numbers
- Click the "Confirm" command
- In the opened window, select the source of payment - Upay account or attached bank card
- Enter the amount you are willing to transfer
- Press the transfer button and confirm your transaction with a PIN or Face ID / Touch ID
The money will be transferred to the bank card in just a few minutes.
